Free shipping on all US orders.

Processing: Orders are processed within 0 to 2 business days.

Delivery: Our products ship from US warehouses. Most orders arrive within 2 to 8 business days; each product page shows its estimate.

Tracking: You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Where we ship: The 50 United States. We can't ship to APO/FPO addresses or outside the US at this time.

Lost or late: If tracking hasn't updated in 10 days, or your parcel is more than 7 days past its estimate, email busypawco@mail.grokbot.com and we'll reship or refund.
